We are proud to share that the British Club Singapore has been awarded the Farm-to-Table (FTT) Recognition Programme, jointly developed by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), the Association of Catering Professionals Singapore (ACAPS), the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS), and Singapore Hotel Association (SHA).
This new recognition programme encourages businesses to adopt sustainable practices by procuring fresh produce ingredients locally. We are in full support of this initiative and have fulfilled the requirements by procuring at least 15% of local produce in one food category. Here at the Club, we are committed in working towards a sustainable future and look forward to supporting more local businesses.
