Please note that the current rewards programme will be retired on Saturday, 30 September 2023 and all existing points earned will be converted to cash in an e-wallet in the new member’s portal.

All points will be eligible for redemption from 1 October 2023 until 31 July 2024 at dining outlets only. Please refer to the timeline below for more information.

As of Saturday, 30 September, all accrued membership reward points will be converted to cash, which will be credited to an e-wallet on the new member’s portal.
Credit in the e-wallet can be redeemed at dining outlets only, from Sunday, 1 October, and will no longer be eligible for redemption at Windsor Shop, Pro Shop and the Spa.
All un-used credit will expire at the end of July 2024.
A new rewards programme will be introduced in October, stay tuned!
